The answer to that is no. DAB signals are based on land based transmitters, so your DAB radio will only get signals local in that area.

Just manually reboot your device or tune away then tune back to your desired station. When exposed to a place where there is zero DAB signal, the unit stops looking for a signal to save battery life. So retuning is required when you reach a place where there is a DAB signal.
